Ad Hoc Work
Ad Hoc work is carried out on a T and M basis. There is no call out charge and work is simply subject to a 1 hour time allocation. Billing thereafter is half hour increments.
We will work with you to ensure the work is allocated within your preferred timeframe and should the work be deemed to be an emergency, we would endeavour to have the situation resolved within 12 hours.
Larger jobs will be assigned a project manager whose job it will be to oversee the work so that expectations are met for the duration of the project lifecycle.
Where possible, work will be carried on a fixed price basis and if there is a need to venture beyond the project scope, ample warning will be given so that informed decisions can be made.
Routine maintenance is scheduled at least one month in advance of the required date. This ensures that our most favourable rates are applied and essential tasks are not neglected.
Typical routine maintenance would be servicing central heating systems, renewal of certificates, maintaining landscapes and gardening.
